LSVs and other NEVs are a cost-effective
remedy to traffic, parking, and air pollution concerns. Like all full-sized,
low speed vehicle (LSV), an NEV is a zero emission vehicle and produces no
tailpipe or evaporative emissions; however, it can recharge by simply plugging
into a standard 110-volt outlet.
