BMW vs Mercedes - Smart

Today, a costumer came to swap his BMW 300 (Isetta) for a Smart (Mercedes).

He told me it really would be an upgrade:

BMW: 1 door, Smart: 2 doors
BMW: 2 vipers, Smart: 3 vipers
BMW: 3 wheels, Smart: 4 wheels
BMW: 4 speeds, Smart: 5 speeds

Coming down from the Observatory with three smarts behind me. The Red one a Cabrio, a Black Passion and the Silver Brabus at the end. This one starts at 5,550 ft. elevation and drops to around 4,500 ft. The second video will cover the last part down the east grade. Audio from the car radio then some Fine Young Cannibals.

When the video finally comes up, I had a camera in the back while I drove up the south grade on Palomar Mountain in San Diego County. Anyone who saw the Tour de California bicycle race last year, saw one mountain stage which went up the very same road. I was going about 35-40 mph through most of the turns having a blast. I pulled over at one point and made a motor home disappear. I dubbed some music at the beginning, then went to the audio from the camera with the radio playing in the background. Toward the end, I turned the radio off and you can hear the engine with the Doug Thorley cat-back exhaust pretty good. The camera was on a tripod right over the engine compartment. My next video will be from the camera pointing out the back with three other smarts following me.
