Smarts I keep seeing in RI
On Wednesdays, I drive my wife up to Woonsocket to make a medical pick-up. We keep passing a red Smart on Mendon Road, LOL. Who are you?

And who has the Smart that parks in the Rhode Island hospital lot? Your license plate is one digit off from ours!
