is anyone else in the tampabay area going to the dealer in sarasota if they bought thier car there this saturday? I'm driving down,haven't heard alot about it

I saw this thread and it brought back some fond memories of when I lived in Sarasota back in the early '80s. LOVED the area.

Just curious....who owns the smart center there? When I lived there, I worked at Cooke Cadillac on Bee Ridge, which then became Coast Cadillac. Not sure what, or where, it is now. Very nice people.

Anyway, congrats on your 'one year' too. Up here at SCI (smart center Indianapolis) celebrated our 'one year' last Saturday and have an outing planned later in the year for all the owners. NICE! They are very active with the planning and staging of events for us.

Sarasota is somewhat of an anomally (sp?) in that the dealership is paired with Wilde Jaguar down on Clark Road.
