Will find me from craig and decatur to tropicana and decatur, use decatur and jones a lot to and from work.

Just got the smart Friday the only thing I have done is the arm rest, have been looking at grills and back bumpers.

Hey Bob
What interior mods are you looking for.I think SmartMadness is a good company. Are you thinking of doing a stereo? I bought a Panisonic touch 7" DVD/Ipod player/Bluetooth. From Amazon.com. They had a better price then Fry's. I bought the Harness and plate from E-bay.Installed is a breeze.I aslo put one of those Plug-n-Play video game controlers for fun. Might do a PSP instead later.
I do want to get an armrest also.
What time on sunday for MT. C? I will post it on are other site.lvsmart.myfreeforum.org
and let some other people know. The president is Sean for the LV smartcar Club.
I like to do the modifications. for the 4th july parade I stickered the car up(ewok pursuit vehicle) and drove it in a stormtrooper uniform with the 501st Legion(starwars group).

I lost sean's e-mail. I saw you used the lvsmartmyfreeforum.org I think that would be the best way to get to him.
some exterior mods I have done are painted rims and made the Barbus headlights and removed the reflector from the inside. one of the simplest ones is painting the brake calipers. If you like them red I have extra caliper paint from doing mine.
What are you thinking of doing?
I'm going to do the exhaust next month. and would love to put Lambo doors but not sure how bad they weaken the door area on a crash.would like to try one first before I buy it.

Hi james

When I had my pt went to a lot of pt car shows and a lot of pt had lambo doors looked good but hard to use.

I am looking at rear bumper and some kind of crome grille, crome around the tail lights.
Painting the rear drums to match the car would look good.
It lookes like that if you do intake and exhaust it will add some hp.
You could put a trbo kit and make 150 hp at the wheels.

The exhaust gives 6hp and 14lbs of tq. at the wheels. Which is great thats a almost 10% increase. a must it will offset the a/c on.I have raced since I have been 9 and My brother has a race shop in town so getting stuff out of cars is what we do.

If you are looking for true 150hp It would be cheaper to install a Hyabussa. To get that hp first is a re-map/ changing the injectors / turbo w/innercooler /exhaust / and you could get 115-125hp at wheels. That MR2 motor sounds good. We use to race for Toyota World Sports Cars and used the MR2 motor.
But don't forget Emissions for the car.

If you are looking for a small car (A.K.A a sleeper) MiniMania.com makes an old mini cooper and put in a 1800 VTec honda motor. You can get a 1960's title and no smog.

If looking to just turn heads and do burnouts. A bleach spray system for the rear tires might work. Have to check to see if that anti-roll back plays to much into the take-off.
But would be funny to watch
