Personally, after I've replaced our Radio 9 it's going to another forum member for the cost of shipping alone. :)
Nothing wrong with asking for a little money, we are not all wealthy and it's his radio to sell if he wants to, we should not imply that that is wrong by indicating that WE would do differently.
However, since you are selling it, you should have posted in marketplace.
Here's another thought; what happens to all the radios taken out of cars when dealers add on a nav system or some other head unit? My guess is - nothing; they're sitting around the dealer's office gathering dust. Might be worth a phone call. :)
