When you change the body panels, for another colour, should it be changed on the title and road tax?

Varies depending on location, but most don't list the color, or list the tridion color (not the panel's).

hello all !!! anybody interested in swapping red body panals for black, i have a freind who bought an orphane last month who really wants black instead of the red and i was wondering if anybody in the michigan indiana or ohio area would want to do a trade as it were..lol who knows i just thought id ask for him..still like new
