Wanted: Rear Euro-Style Bumper Bar

WTB: Black Euro-style bumper bar. Ernie at Breathless has taken his bumpers out of production, and I need one to replace the bent-up rear bumper bar on the Cabrio.

(or, more accurately, the body shop & insurance company need to source one to replace, &c.)

Anyone got a Breathless rear bumper lying around that they don't want any more? Or anything similar?

Oh no. I couldn't possibly have that shiny thing on my car...

(The body shop is ordering the powder-coated black one from Boris, I believe today.)

I do know that BMS churned out at least one unfinished raw steel bumper, it didn't get powder-coated though. Just some simple paint did the job. Good you got the unshiney (smart pun ) model.

I supplied the carbon steel bumpers to Boris in raw form only..
So that customers could color match or whatever color they desired...
Apparently the idea wasn't a hit...
There just happens to be one plain front on the shelf...
