Selling passion coupe tires online.

Hello all,

I unfortunately had to sell my smart this past summer. The buyer did not want the Mercedez tires I purchased and kept the original tires. I am trying to sell them online and am getting craigslist scams! I would rather not pay a lot to post to e-bay. Any ideas how to sell these to a local Kansas City buyer? Thanks for your help.

Original info below:

I purchased Smart All-Weather tires from Mercedez for my 2008 Passion Coupe. Sold the car last summer and the buyer did not want to tires. All terrain tires originally cost $283-rear tires; $325-front tires ($608 total) from Mercedez, plus installation. Worth the money. Still have treads and used for less than a season. Good in summer, snow; all-weather.

Asking $500/cash/local pick-up

Good luck with the sale. Those are winter tires, not all season tires, as indicated by the "mountain snowflake" symbol on the sidewall. You can use them in the summer but they'll wear a lot faster than "all season" tires. Winter tire compounds are meant for temps of around 45 F and below.
