Anyone doing a Cars and Coffee type morning show in the Inland Empire, especially around Upland, RC, LV or SD ? Just curious to see if the closest one is Irvine...
Every Saturday morning beginning around 7am & over around 9am is a Cars & Coffee meet-up in Montrose on Verdugo Road right off the 2 freeway. It is located in the threatre complex directly across from Verdugo Hills Hospital. You can access the meet from the 2 freeway heading North by exiting at Verdugo Road. Just keep going straight into the theatre complex. You can also access the meet from the 210 freeway by exiting at Angeles Crest Hwy. and make a left (downhill) to Foothill Blvd. Turn right and then turn left in a few hundred feet at the church. This is Verdugo Road and drive about a mile and a half until you see the 2 freeway overpass and turn right into the threatre complex. There is a Starbuck's and a bagel shop that are open. At some time in the near future, if there is interest, I think it would be fun to drive up to the Newcomb Ranch Restaurant on the top on Angeles Crest Hwy. for lunch. This should be a scenic drive as well as a fun run. Let me know?
Smart Bob, I've been to your location for the last two weeks. My friend with the yellow Prowler told me about your meet. I'll probably be back again after Memorial Week-end. Will look for one of the two cars you list, or do you have a smart too?

Done this on bikes numerous times. Would be a fun run!
Gotta be careful of that Highway 2. We blew a tire right were the Crest & Forest Highways meet two weeks ago. Thank God it happened right near the fire house.
