I haven't seen another smart for about 3 weeks until today. I noticed a beautiful Caution Yellow/Black 450 turning West on Foothill Blvd. from the Oaks Section of Arcadia. Thirty seconds later I spotted a Bumble Bee going North on Baldwin Ave. at the 210 Freeway underpass, in Arcadia.

We spotted a white passion with a woody kit on the doors and tailgate. It also had smoked headlight and tail light lenses plus a dark tint on the back and side windows. We spotted this one going Eastbound on the 210 frwy. and then it headed South on the 605.

We saw a blue/silver cabriolet in a parking lot in Venice near Washington & Pacific. It also had the factory wheels chromed.

Noticed a Silver/Black Cabriolet parked on Palm Canyon Drive in downtown Palm Springs today.

Saw a twin blue/black cab coming south on PCH in Manhattan Beach yesterday. He honked and we both waved at each other.

Watching 'Simmons Family Jewels' I saw that Sophie-Tweed Simmons has a custom-pink cab Smartie, and they're in CA.

On Sunday I saw a red & black Smartie on Olive not far from NBC.

Yesterday I saw one on San Fernanco where all the shops and restaurants are. It had logos painted on it that I think said Metro and/or Red Line which is a line on our Los Angeles subway system.

While driving down Santa Monica Blvd in Hollywood toward Beverly Hills, I spotted this Smart Car. I was on my motorcycle (scooter) and would have pulled up at a stop light to say hi, but the driver looked busy. Date taken Wednesday 7/22/09

I saw 3 nicely modified smarts today in Long Beach. Some guy named Boris owned 3 of them if I'm not mistaken.

I saw one today way out on Highway 2 in the San Gabriel Mountains. It whipped past me as I was waiting for a tow truck to take us back down the mountain.

Saw an almost emerald green/ silver -- couldn't tell if it was a coupe or cabrio -- going east on Burton Way near Doheny Dr. in Beverly Hills this AM. Great color!
