Welcome to the forum! I'm not in the Philly area, but I did have a meeting there earlier this year and stopped by smart Devon for the 2.0 upgrade and the 10K maintenance since there are no WV smart centers. They were very accommodating for my out-of-town schedule and good to deal with in my experience.
