The entire Lorinser Line now in stock and available

Hey guys and gals,

The Lorinser stuff is no longer coming in one item at a time by Air. They are now shipping the Smart Items in by container and in much higher volume. Due to this we now have the entire line of their Smart items and have been given an OK to reduce pricing on the entire range.

I don't see that Quad-exhaust listed on your website. Are you offering that for sale? If so, what price is it going for? Any performance gains?

Lorinser does not offer the twin exhaust in the US. We have a couple of choices. Choice one is the Carlsson dual exhaust and choice two is the Dual exhaust we have had designed for the Lorinser kit. It should be available in 2-3 weeks.

The steering wheel can be ordered in two versions.

Version one - includes the steering wheel with the airbag in leather and Aluminium for $2,589.99
Version two - also includes Aluminium Shift Paddles for a total of $ 3,399.99.

We met with Lorinser a couple of days ago and asked about the wheels and its compliance with all the Air Bag regulations in the US. They are working on providing us with the necessary documentation and certifications on these wheels.

They do look very sharp and should considering the cost. We are confident that those that see the wheels in person and have the means will no doubt want one for their Smart. However, until we know that they will meet every safety issue and regulation in the US we will not offer them to customers regardless of interest for the product.

Airbags are a very important part of the Smart Car design and we want to make sure the wheels will work properly and provide you, the customer with a level of safety you would expect from a product like this.

We should have that information in the next 10-14 days. As soon as we do we will make the announcement.
