We carry this armrest in stock and I have recently installed it in my own smart. I can tell you from experience that both Rachel and I use it at the same time. It is wide enough for both and the quality is second to none.

I have it in my Brabus coupe and agree the fit and quality is second to none. My only complaint is that I can not adjust it quite high enough to rest my arm on without leaning to the right. Maybe I am just too big for my smart.

I personally really like the armrest from smartcar-performance. Cisco has a great product, and with his October discount, I bought one for $136.....only about $36 more than what I spent for that plastic POC for my wife's Aveo. It attaches in minutes, the same as the one depicted on this thread, and ...... IMHO......looks much better and more like a factory armrest. It's a perfect match for the car, very stable, and perfectly comfortable.
