Just a little memo to everyone on this board.
It seems that almost daily we get calls from folks that say "I wish I knew I could have got this part/item from you".
As most of you know we now have about 300 parts and accessories for the smart. Most of them are on our site, but many are not. We are constantly adding new products to our site and always seem to have new items on the way.
As most of you know we offer the widest selection of parts and do our best to offer them at the lowest price posible. Here is what we offer:
1. Lowest price guarantee on every item we sell. If you ever see any item we sell for less elsewhere (US and in stock) please give us a call and we will match or beat that price.
2. Complete satisfaction - If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased from us simply call us and we will do our best to make it right.
3. If you want to see a product prior to purchasing it and are in so cal stop by our shop.
4. If you need painting services, custom upholstery, or any other modifications done to your smart we offer a one stop shop. Customers have dropped off their smart cars or even had them shipped to our location for modification. Call us and we will do our best to assist.
5. Need an item and do not see it on our site. We can probable get it for you quickly and at a great price.
6. Discounted shipping. If you are ordering several products at once call us directly and we will work out a discounted shipping rate. Our site does not have that capability and sometimes the shipping can add up.
