Yup, Fred's right. The 451 is really close on offsets; when you figure in the rim width difference front to rear it's really a wash, so our adapters are 22mm thick on all four corners. On a 450, if what y'all are saying is true, you'd need a super-low offset wheel to get the mounting flange "deeper" into the wheel. I had a guy who came across some OEM CLK wheels which might be just the ticket, as the rears had really low offsets, much less than a comparable C class wheel.
I do have the ability to make up custom thickness adapters (at additional cost), assuming the billets are available, but can't imagine where in the world one would ever find lug bolts long enough. (50mm is almost 2"!) The longest lug bolts I've been able to find are 60mm shanks, which is long enough to go through the thickest rim flange, our adapter and into the stock hub. If the adapters were a whole inch thicker you'd have to find lug bolts that are something like 85mm long, and really, that isn't going to happen.
So, short version: 450's could probably use our adapters if you located very low offset rear wheels. It's simple to measure the backspacing, and from that extrapolate where the front edge of the rim would end up, so if I can help you in that process just give a shout.
Thanks,
Johnny
