Perhaps an alternative name for a group in the NJ, NY and PA areas would be a 'Tri-State Smarts'? What do you think? Inquiring minds want to know.

Others may think in terms of NJ, NY, CT. If one scribed an arc centered on The Battery (NYC) and beginning at Cape May, it would include all of NJ, all of CT, and lower NY State as far up as Albany. But barely a third of PA.

Pennsylvania is to the west of NJ and NY is north and east of NJ. One goes through NY to get to NJ from CT. It can include CT and MD since they are not far from NJ.

I will try to come up with some thing that is more inclusive; one that includes Maryland and Connecticut. Would Delaware be too far to be included?
