Exactly, we need to get the word out, contact you local dealer and invite them to attend, as well to include it in their monthly newsletter.

I have a question for people who are attending, or at least are planning on it.

Will you be alone and or have one passenger with you and that will be your "party". Or will you have family members in another car following you? I need to start getting a rough idea on numbers to make sure the restaurants we plan on going to can accommodate us.

With 20 + cars attending, we should be able to get a group discount at a hotel somewhere..

Okay cool, so it seems like BIG groups may not be the case, but there may be a few people bringing the entire family.

I'm printing up flyers to give to smart center Indianapolis to hand out that way we can get the word out to people who aren't on SCOA or Insider. I'm also going to talk to Walter Grassi about posting it in their event section. I will be going down there on Jan 20 and plan to speak to them then and I will keep in close contact with them to find out if they've received any RSVPs.
