Oh yes, I am very good at finding the best airfare (I spent 30+ hours on the computer calculating the best options for our NYC/Rome/Egypt/Jordan honeymoon recently).
The flight I speak of is actually into Chicago. Anything else almost doubles it. It is a bit cheaper if I fly to Vegas or LA first and head over from there, but I also have to consider flight times as well as, of course, carbon emissions.
