Hopefully people aren't waiting last minute. Airfare has to be book well in advance. So really only 2 - 3 weeks to shore this up.

Steve do you do the led instal in the dash?

I haven't sent an LED kit to Steve yet. While it isn't much physical work, it does take time and would cut into the installation time slots he's carved out. An owner could get the LED in the instrument cluster and ready for the cruise installation such that all that's needed is fishing the cruise end of the LED wire through and splicing into the cruise wire. If Steve were willing, the owner could do this splice while the ECU side is rewired if the LED were ready in the instrument cluster ahead of time.

I did an install of Susie 1382's Area451 unit a couple days ago with the help of Dunerunner. Between the two of us everything went rather smoothly allowing both the LED and cruise to go in at the same time. But it took extra time for the LED.

...and if he's willing to have you splice in the LED wires while he's in the back getting the pins rearranged.

If you watch the installation video you'll know what needs to be done. There are also bumpon instructions mentioned later in the thread to avoid having a temperamental clock-set switch.

We have 4.5 signups now (5 slots taken, 4 deposits paid).

I'd really like to have significantly more than that by now.

Looking at airfare, hotel and car rental costs alone (so ignoring my time and extra food costs, etc) 5 serves as the bare minimum to make this happen at the $500 installed price.

To further entice extra signups, I am increasing the discount as more people signup and pay their deposits. See the first post of this thread for the updated price structure.

So now each of you hoping to get in on this deal have an incentive to get more people interested!
