Due to airfare scheduling constraints it may be required to shift the Sunday people around. I still haven't booked the airfare but it looks like I'll be arriving on Thursday at around 4:15pm to Milwaukee meaning aproximately a 6:30 arrival time into the Dells area. I can possibly do one install that night if someone wants to meet up then.
To make a Sunday flight I will probably have to leave the Dells before noon, which means at least some shuffling for the people that chose Sunday timeslots. Steve H... since yours is for 2 cars I can do that more efficiently so it won't actually take 2 hours (presuming you bring both cars at once) which mean your time is likely ok.
I can leave on Monday instead of Sunday, but that means I'm away from my family for a full 5 days (flight leaves Thursday at 6:00am arrives Monday at 11:00pm) and also have an extra day's expenses with accomodations and car rental so I'd rather avoid that if possible. However if we manage to get up to say 12 to 15 installs I'd just as soon see the Friday and Sunday fill up and leave Saturday as open as possible to enjoy the bulk of the planned festivities.
