We haven't heard anything at this end either yet. Two weeks did sound a bit quick to me, for all of the editing, compiling and copying, not to mention labeling. Been there, done that; it doesn't happen overnight!

For those of you who were not able to make it to this year's Midwest smart Car Rally, held at the Wisconsin Dells, I have posted many pictures at http://www.itibitismart.com/vacation.htm#2009_vacation

For the owners of the 102 smart cars that WERE able to attend, I'm sure you'll join me in thanking all those who made it possible. Jeff Edmondson, in paricular, came up with the idea...but I know he had some very capable people helping him. I thank them all, too.

Here's hoping we can do it again next year!

You don't have to have a car to come.The next one is on August 9th possibly at the California Pizza Kitchen in Oak Brook.

So my wife as at a job sitre near Chicago the other day.

While talking to someone there the conversation wandered to the smart.

They guy was like "you know where there are a lot of these cars? the Dells.
When my wife and I were on our aniverserty trip we saw them everywhere"

My wife was like, "first weekend in June?"

"Yeah, how did you know?"
