Just trying to wrap my brain around the driving/weekend thing. As I see it, driving down Thursday and back on Sunday, (463 miles each way according to mapquest ..) I'd hate to drive all day Friday and try to do events when I am tired.
Also, the video that was done at the Wisconsin Dells rally was a great idea! Much better than I could have done and they got around to talk to a lot of people.

I think most will plan to check in Thursday afternoon/evening - that's when the caravans will arrive also.
Just to give everyone a feel for some of the distances involved:
Distances to Kansas City from:
San Diego, CA – 1682 mi
Marathon, FL – 1580 mi
Seattle, WA – 1842 mi
Montreal, CAN – 1367 mi
Washington, DC – 1081 mi
Houston, TX – 749 mi
Minot, ND – 860 mi
New Orleans, LA – 915 mi
San Francisco, CA – 1808 mi

We regularly travel from Dayton to Kerrville, TX, about 1200 miles, in two days so some of these should be pretty easy; others might be a different story.
Just got signed up as a vendor!
Things to get before June 11...Truck, trailer, display, canopy, banners, generator.....
Going to try and bring the SmartBusa to show off, as well as tools to install parts and pieces on some Smarties.
Looking forward to meeting all of you!

There are a lot of people at car events that won't decide until much closer to the event whether they will go or not. 18 is not a bad number to start out with. Wait a few more months and see.
