It's about time to start pulling the caravan plans together. First off we need a local coordinator for each of the main caravan cities; strictly volunteer, the only payment is being a part of the success of the inaugural smart Nationals Rally.

As the local coordinator, you'll work with the your smart center to arrange a welcome for incoming caravan participants, act as the local contact for food and lodging recommendations (not as a reservation clerk!), perhaps facilitate publicity through local TV and newspapers, and organize the departure of the caravan for Kansas City on the 10th of June.

The size of the job obviously depends on the size of the caravan; still too early to tell how that will pan out. If interested, please PM me.

Almost a month away from the Nationals and we've got volunteers in Omaha and St. Louis on board to help with caravan arrangements - thanks guys!

Unfortunately, nobody in Tulsa or Denver at this point.
