Another smart car (sighting Alabama)

I saw a brownish looking smart with black tridion the other day at McDonalds in Hueytown and driver (she) waved at me so I waved back.

I wonder if she is a member here so if ya are just wanna say hello.

Actually I saw her before but this is first time I got a closer look.

So, you haven't really ever met any Alabamans with smarts?
Don't try Mississippi, either.

Maybe it was white, red or black and it was just dirt on it? I only mention that from experience. 5,000 miles of dirt (mostly red clay) roads under my tires.....and I live in LA. 8 miles from the state line.

While I have seen approximately 10 or more smarts in and around birmingham I have never actually met/talked to another (alabamian) owner if thats what ya mean.

...I own a 2009 Blue/Black Passion. However I do like the color that Bum-bling-B posted. Not many around that color.

I live in Mobile, with a black/black '08 Passion. I know of only 5 here in the area.

I'll be driving from Mobile to Clarksdale and back next weekend (Friday up, Sunday down), but it won't be solid black anymore. I'm getting it wrapped on Monday to promote my wife's book, and the event in Clarksdale is a friend's book launch party. Anyone that's interested in Southern writers (incl. James Lee Burke, John Grisham, Charlaine Harris) is welcome to join.

Newsletter

I'll post pictures of the wrap once it's done. I've seen the work in progress. It's subtle, clean, and really well done.
