I have a yellow '08, and lived in Bham. My mother drives a red '08, and still lives in Bham. A friend has blue and silver '08 or '09, also in the 'Ham. I know of a few folks there with these little cars.

Interesting fact, according to the DMV on Greensprings Rd, my yellow one was the first registered in the state in March 2008. Kind of cool, but a PITA when they tried to figure out how to enter the car into the system.

Just wanted to say hello to my fellow Alabamians. I think I'm the only one on SCOA from the Montgomery area. Though I know of 4 others that have smarts around here, and I've heard one of the casinos gave away 3 smarts a few months ago.

hello all! resurrecting an old thread - i've recently moved down here from virginia, so you may see me buzzing around. i'm living with my mother at the moment, and she lives in Lillian, but i hang out in Fairhope/Daphne/Spanish Fort area.. so i have to also drive through elberta, foley, magnolia springs? basically mostly hwy 98.

if you happen to see a red/black/black passion with Virginia plates that read NRRD GRL - honk at me! flash your lights! i've seen a few smarts already, but only one noticed/acknowledged that they'd seen me. it was a white/black/red, i've seen a yellow/silver/black, a red/black/black cabrio, a black/silver/black, blue/black/black?, and a gray metallic/black/black. i was surprised to see all of these, i didn't think this area would have this many. makes me happy everytime i see one, regardless of how crummy my day =)
