smart turbo timers?

does any of the turbo smarters know of a turbo timer that is smart friendly?
this is a small black box that connects electrically and keeps the engine running for a few extra minutes when you shut it off, to cool down.

ive heard that some of these timers connect to your e brake switch, this maybe more involved than i thought.

why not email the guys who make it and ask them if it has to be inline with the switch? if it does, its super easy to get to under the carpet.... lemme know what you find out and i'll help you figure out the wiring.

The concept and the electronics of the turbo timer itself is very simple... what I have a problem with is.. being able to LOCK the car and keep the engine running =P... I don't know about you but I can't get the car to lock if the engine is still running. The purpose of the turbo timer is so you can lock the car and walk away yet still keep the engine running...

I didn't dig too deep into the electronics but if someone can figure that one out, I'll buy one ;)...

Theres two wires on the ignition switch, one leading in for power and one leading out to the engine to ignite the coil packs.... cut the wire leading out to the coil packs. When you turn the key off it stops power leading outward, the turbo timer should wire in line on this circuit to keep the wire "hot" for a set period of time then after that time is over it stops the power on that circuit. This is only my guess on how it works, but I've wired remote start switches on cars, and this is how I do it.... Donny FYI those rotors I got from you are so freaking loud, man oh man you weren't kidding... Doesn't really bother me, but they do it with my calipers just like they did with yourse.

pitstopautoinc your correct on the setup, my issue is that it's pointless if you have sit in ur car or stand around until the engine shuts down before you can lock the doors

I just know if the engine is running, I close the door, I can't use the key remote lock to lock the doors.. And I don't even have the alarm system option on my car.
