I got the same call about 2 weeks ago and was also told my car would arrive on or around March 23. Haven't heard a word. Since my dealer is in West Palm Beach, here in FL, I'm guessing my truck is still in Jacksonville also. These guys really need to work out some distribution bugs it seems. bummer

Straight forward insurance process with Allstate.

Been back to the shop twice in 1 month for factory-installed alarm that goes off with no apparent reason. Will be going back to the shop again for the same problem.

I had the same issue. They replaced some ECM that controls the alarm system. Been a week now with no false alarms. ~*~knock on wood~*~

Might have them get in touch with Steve at the smart center here in Dallas. I was one of 4 with that issue. Hopefully they'll get it taken care of for ya.
