You must send an email to
customer-service@ib-smart.net that says the following:
"I (your name here) authorize Smart USA to make the following changes to my configuration:"
Then just list what you want changed. It took about a week to get confirmation.
Here are the following reasons I decided against the comfort package:
1. $850 is a lot of money
2. With the leather seats, black interior is only option....my car will be black and I decided I wanted a red interior to break up the black.
3. No hockey puck
4. SoCal doesn't really need seat warmer....or rain sensing wipers for that matter....it is rarely raining nor is it cold.
5. I've decided I can turn my headlights on by myself like a big boy.
