I know this has been asked like a billion times but I am going to ask anyway. That is the last 4 of my reservation (#1341.) Now when should I expect to hear something about my conformation code to set up my smart car. Should I call and ask? Or should I just start looking for another vehicle because my current vehicle isnt going to last much longer. That is a hole bucket of problems I dont wanna get into. Any ideas?

From reading the threads it really depends on your location. Why not check out threads relating to your region or call your dealer? You could even inquire about getting an orphan (Smartie that was ordered and the buyer changed their mind).

just got off the ph with smart. they said by the end of march they will have a program that lets people 90day out when they car would start the production

That's good....heard several statements to that effect, but was not sure whether it would be a production, and post-production feature, or something that would be available prior to production. This will be a nice program if it comes to pass!

I contacted my local smart dealership. She put me on the orphan list at the dealership (if they get one.) But she did tell me that looking like it will be August or September (her best guess I guess) for when I get my vehicle. But I still havent gotten a confermation code from smart. So I guess I will wait for my smart. Here's hopeing my current POS lasts long enough.
