I'm not going onto an orphan list, however. Even if there were exactly what I wanted on a dealer's lot - I want to know that mine was built for me

That being said, I am getting anxious... very anxious.

Sigh... 1457 ( Dec. 28th) in Mobile with one dealer in Birmingham. So no local orphan list for me. It would have to be something major wrong with mine for me to go back to Birmingham.
I did contact Karen at Crown and told her to put me on the list. IF they ever get an orphan to make a list for! I'll be the first if so.

1413 I also put myself on a orphan list and got a car a couple of weeks ago. With the gas prices going up i am sure glad I got called.

I was 1392 ,configured my car 2-01-08 ,was on an orphan list with the dealer in sarasota ,onlt on this list 3 days before the dealer called me I bought an orphan vrs waiting 6-8 months

Yeah, I wish I had known the reservaton thing was a sham. I would have had a car by now if I had just been as smart as all you "orphan hunters".

1329 in AZ, still waiting. I did turn down an orphan the other day though. I figured if I have waited this long, I may as well wait and get exactly what I want.

Hey - I'm a 1401 and I picked up my car last night, without bothering with the confirmation email!

Actually, we managed to fall into an orphan, and let me just say the car is everything that's been said about it! It's as much fun to drive as my motorcycle!
