Thats ok I want an 09 anyway. If I would take delivery in july or august it would be like I am getting a yr old car already because I think the 09's start production in sept or oct and some of the startup bugs will have been worked out. (I HOPE) I will be a wait I will enjoy. Thanks for posting Rick

Kind of my feeling, too. I'm a 1419, and I hope to get more life out of my current car before my smart gets here. If I'd known they were really coming I'd have probably kept my old car instead of buying the Focus in 06. It was such an on-again off-again thing back then.

At 1484 I'm not at the end of the line either but I feel like I am. I really hoping I will maybe get my Smart in January of next year. I know it's highly unlikely but I'm just going to think positive thoughts.

I'm hoping my mom will get hers in November or December of this year as her reservation # is 1410.
