I'm not sure The Map has much significance except to the five regional managers. Then I wonder if those five are part of the Gang of Twenty. If so, and you take out Schembri and Kettenbeil, that leaves only thirteen worker bees. Maybe the thirteen isn't enough to have a designee dedicated to keep a pointy toe in IB's butt to keep the communications and tracking working. Maybe PAG should send over some bubbas on TAD/TDY.
