I checked my email messages and have one identical to the one you posted here - however this was the 2nd email I received after reserving (this one came from
customer-service@ib-smart.net). It arrived 7 days after my reservation.
The first email I received arrived the same day I reserved and came from
noreply@smartusa.com and starts off:
"Thank you for your smart fortwo reservation. Your confirmation number is XXXXXX1324."
It then goes on to list my name, driver's license, address, phone, email and the preferred model and colors.
Double check your inbox for this earlier message.
BTW: both of these messages were sent with "Low importance"!!
