Anyone Try to Reserve a "Second smart" Recently?

this AM i tried to 'reserve' a second smart in hopes of getting a 2010 "EV". after filling out all the info, i got a 'error' that my email address was on file already and wouldn't let me continue.

has anyone else run into this problem?

It has been mentioned before: it needs another driver license number until the current one is cleared from the data base.
Not to mention that the site is going through lots of changes...

I recently got a new Florida drivers license so I was able to make a new reservation :-D

I reserved a second smart about t3 months ago. I had to use my wifes drivers license number and her email address. It would use my email address as it said it was already in the system.


The dealer says my first on that I ordered will be delivered 9/7. Exactly 1 year after I ordered it.

I reserved a second smart on July 12th, about nine hours after I took delivery of my first smart. I had to use a different email address than I used for the first one.

thanks guys.......i may try the 'second' email address first before i use the wifes DL and email address. i think i'll wait until AFTER the smart site is updated on Monday to try it again too. maybe that will help.

I ordered another one (used different email address).

U have to use a different email address and just add a dash somewhere in your liscense number to get it to go through. the number does not have to be a valid one..

thanks for all your suggestions.......i'm all over the 'different email address' and "-" in the license number.
