This sure is a wild roller-coaster ride. I'm not quite sure why the PAG business plan is so non-committal. Of course, in the end, all of us who have taken receipt of our cars will have long forgotten the battle.....until we look at our scars!
I contacted what I think to be the dealership I will be going to and they have not yet received any names.
My guess here is that there are a few dealerships that are not 100% happy with the terms of PAG now that things have progressed and timelines not being adhered to. Remember this, however: SmartCar is missing out on collecting A LOT of money with each passing day they don't/can't commit to anything. Let's hope that their repair/maintenance system is more efficient.
