one gets from <noreply@fromsmartusa.com> an e-mail titled "configure your smart fortwo now",
then uses the supplied "configurator" to finalize one's order and gets shortly thereafter from <support@mysmartfortwo.com> an e-mail titled "Your smart fortwo Configuration Details" allowing one to print one's definite order...

we all know you can't actually order ANYTHING until you DO 'configure'. so what was he talking about when he said 'ordered it loaded'?

maybe the dealer was just getting an idea what he wanted should an orphan become available? THAT makes more sense..........
