i just got the latest email....

Good morning everyone....I just got an email on my blackberry that came from smart! Very excited, I ran inside and checked my mail on the computer so i could print out what i was sure was going to be a congratulations letter telling me my smart would actually be arriving very soon!
What a load of Sh*t! I get some stupid email that sais that "smart wishes me and my family the very best for a wonderful Holiday season and happy new year." If they really wanted me to have a great holiday, they would figure out some way to get these vehicles delivered ASAP!
I got my hopes up and was crushed. I hope this hasnt happened to any one else.

You may want to check your calendar. It is still 2007. I don't think anyone ever promised delivery to start before 1st quarter '08. Personally I don't have a problem with anyone wishing me a Happy Holiday.

Actually, I DO have a problem with people wishing me a Happy Holiday - that has come from a desire by a certain segment of society insisting that we show "tolerance" to those who might somwhow be offended by our traditions. I say that when they insist that Muslims celebrate "Holiday" instead of Ramadan, and blacks celebrate "Holiday" instead of "Kwanzaa" then maybe I'll start celebrating "Holiday" as well. But until tolerance becomes a two-way street I'll continue to celebrate Christmas.

and then some people want to complain about everything... Holiday includes Christmas, New Years, Cosmic Muffin day or whatever the heck you like. I too celebrate Christmas and follow the man who taught us to love thy neighbor and didn't seem to get ticked off by everyone He met. To all the intolerent out there, I still wish you a Happy Holiday anyway. One day perhaps you will mellow out and realize that life is so much more fun when you quit looking for things to get ticked off about. Be well.
