Well, that ought to be a commitment they can keep, huh? It's better to be a hero and delivery earlier than promised that to have to reframe delivery a few times.

Each dealership has assembled a smart team and I am willing to bet those team members know a lot more than the guys you talked to. Many of the dedicated smart staff have gone to training just for smart.

The technicians have all already gone to training. Only the finest technicians were approved to be a smart technicians. The experience level that this team has is pretty remarkable and I think the overall level of service will be much better than a normal luxury car dealership.

The dealerships sent myself, another co-worker to DC this month and there were about 50 or so people that were just as excited as all of you on this board and site. I am so stoked as well as my co-worker. We normally will have as much info to you as we can. We know you as well as all of us are excited. Our tech is now at school and he is one our best techs that we have at MB. He should be back by the 24 I believe. It is a NEW company and all 73 are being opened mostly all at once. So they and we all are trying their (our) best and I have faith in them as well as most of us. If we do not know and in my opinion if I do not know I will give you the most up to date and as accurate info possible. If I do not know I will try to find out for you. I hope that this helps. Matt
