I am so confused here...
When I reserved my smart in December 15th of 2007 - on the 19th, I got a confirnation number in an email. But the number I was given is referred in my email by "reservation/confirmation". The number is the same for both... What does that mean?

The first number you received is your reservation (place in line) you will receive a confirmation in four to six moths and that will be your confirmation (When you actually select your final options).

THeir email is confusing then, cause they use Confirmation Number and reservation Number like its the same thing. THanks for your reply.

You are not alone in this... It took many of us a while to figure it out. The last four digets of your reservation number will give you your place in line.

It started with 1173 and has moved up from there. The other numbers are a time stamp for the time you made your reservation.
