What is the 800# to call them back?

Hi all. Some phone representative has called me twice and left voice mails about a deadline. However, she promised first to email me (failed to do this) and today the phone number they left went to some adult site.

This is tiring. I just need the phone number to confirm the reservation that I made in April. If this is the best they can do with customer service, I wonder what will happen when we have service issue with the car?

Doug, try the number on the smartUSA website. It's 1-800-smart-usa. You can also e-mail them from there. Scroll ALL the way down to the bottom and click on "contact us" on the bottom border.

Doug Call them ASAP 4/19/07 should equate to a 1210 as the last 4 digits on your reservation. You do not want miss the confirmation process.

His reservation number is actually 1204 if he paid the $99 on 19 April

He is rapidly loosing time for the 10 day confirmation window.... that is why IB is calling him
