What has happened to the Confirmation Process?

I'm #1226 and haven't heard from Smart yet. I've called them and emailed them repeatedly and have gotten nowhere. Calling is a joke, the rep. on the line doesn't know anything at all. They did send me an email with all my original info on it. At first I thought it was my confirmation but there was nothing to fill out.

chubnunter & Coin Ops, you should be contacted soon. did you make your reservation sometime in April. I made mine on 3/26 and was contacted 10/26. My brother just got the email to ask him to configure last Friday and he made his deposit approximately a month after me. I just called him and tried to find the exact date he did. He was no help because he didn't keep that. I think he made his in late April or early May. Hang in there, your turn is up soon.

My number is 1232 and I haven't heard yet. I called the 800 # on Monday and was asked what Zip Code I was in. I was told that I still had a reservatiion in and I would be hearing from them "soon" on confirming. I have called the 800 # before but was never asked my Zip Code. Does this mean they are going out of sequence in some areas?

They always ask for your zip code first to locate you in the database if you are inquiring about your personal information. Once they bring your file up they can then see your reservation time/date. They claim that the reservation number is "encrypted" and they don't know what it means, but, they know as well as we how to break it out. I'm sure they are trained to play dumb.
