Thank you Fred, nothing crass was meant by anything I wrote. I have indeed visited East Germany and East Berlin and know much of what HGB speaks, I understand your sensitivity and if you felt offended I apologize. If anyone else was offended, sorry. Now, THE WHOLE POINT!: I don't mind waiting a year...I don't mind waiting 2 years...I really just want to be told the truth, I want to be treated like everyone else, I want to be given the information I ask for. If that means bend over and spread 'em like everyone else, then everyone else bend over and spread 'em too. And spread 'em today, not 102 days different... Why is that so difficult for some people to understand? I work in the service sector and spend much of my day dealing with the public, dealing in information, secure and not secure. I know customer service and I can tell good from bad. And I know the kind I have experienced with this company. One mainstay of good customer service is take the customers in the order that they come in the door, not 102 days different. YES I GET that it is nothing compared to the 13 year wait for a Trabbie, or having to suffer living under communism, I totally get that. But at the same time, it is not nothing. I think whether the deposit is 99 dollars or a thousand or 3 large, whatever they want to make it-just be consistent with everybody. And come out with information when the situation changes. They have EVERYBODY'S email address, it takes 30 seconds to blanket the system with an update...How hard is that?
