For the Porsche Club this is the "Founder's Region" as the club originated from here. We could be the National Capitol SCOA...

If we're going to do something we probably need to do it right and incorporate as a non profit entity in one of our local states or DC. As an informal group, there's no liability but once it becomes more formal, it can become an issue.

One of the other marque clubs (Audi, BMW, Porsche?) uses Potomac to designate the DC Metro area. That seems like a better name than NOVA, MD, or DC Metro. Any other ideas - if we can agree on a name, I'll set us up with an official listing.

I see commercials for Intuits web site creation software. It is the Homestead software that I used in the past and it was easy to create a nice web page.

I can bag a domain name from go daddy.com for a small cost and also get hosting from them at a reasonable cost. I can as well design a top notch site for our group for the joy of getting some serious web design experience.
