2008 Factory Wheels and Tires, NO TPC's

I have my original set of Passion Alloy wheels and tires with no Tire Pressure Sensors, just has regular Mercedes valve stems. The tires have about 3,000 miles on them. They have alot of tread on them, the wheels are flawless and balanced. Make any reasonable offer, I mean reasonable, the list price on factory wheels and tires are a ridiculous $ 1,200. Local pick up preferred.

Are they Pure steel wheels or Passion spokes?
