Just a word. I read on a site that I had to remove the entire front of my 451 to install the foglights..... NOPE. I popped the covers out with a flathead and was able to install the two foglights in thru the holes and then pop in the new surrounds with the foglight tunnel built in. Smooth, and it took like 10 minutes to do both sides.
Now if the Wimpy Horn was that easy!!.

They cost less than that from the dealer, unless of course you are also including the new switch panel as well.

I just bought a pair of OEM '08-'09 Merc R-class (W251) round fog lamps on eBay for under $80/pr. That's what fits the ForTwo.

The front covers and button bar (if you don't want to mod your own (and I don't)) are dealer items.

Anyone have a verified price for the front covers?

I would omit the button or switch -- with two relays I can make the fogs come on with the parking lights, but turn off if the hi/low headlights are on. No SAM programming required.

You can get these new for rougly $145 at your local smart centre. Unless we're talking about Canadian dollars?

Rigger,
How is the quality of those lights? I was thinking to buy from the same seller (I believe there is only one guy selling those for that price on ebay). But after I contacted them about quality, they replied that fogs are NOT OEM but "OEM quality".
I bout some "OEM quality" headlights for my other car long time ago and one of them started to leak in about a month.
