It is basically brand new. Recently installed and sounds great. I will miss it. I purchased it brand new from 4smartcar.com. JL Audio 8W3V34 8" subwoofer and JL Audio original woofer grille Paypal'ed and delivered for $225.00 to anyone in the US. Thank you. Eric
