Smart Armrest

Just got this armrest for $235. It does not work well with my hypermiling habits. Used for 1 day, I am willing to sell for $175 (including shipping). Let me know if interested. Here is the link to the item purchased.

If we may ask, why it does not work with your hyper mileing habits?

Just a guess - the car's a Pure and the armrest interferes with using the shifter?

In P&G shifting is akward as the arm rest is much higher than the shifter. You have to reach around to use the shifter. This would be the case with any arm rest as the shifter is placed low compared to your seating position and what would be a comfortable point for the arm rest. It is not an issue if you don't use the shifter as often as I do or if you use the paddle shifters.

Gabe, my el cheapo plastic armrest is a great height. I switch over to neutral at a lot of lights to shut down my engine. For me, it is a perfect height and is quite a bit lower than the one you showed. FWIW, I hate the el cheapo armrest.

Because he could have bought nearly 100 gallons of fuel instead?

Thanks, but I would prefer not to go with something cheap either. With my driving habbit, I will probably go without the arm rest on this one.
