you can 'ask' all you want, but 'ask' the right people. have you 'reserved' your own car yet? if you have, go to your nearest dealer and let them know you want to be on their 'orphan list'. if a cancellation comes in, then when it's your time, you will be called to see if you want it.

either that or check "autotrader.com" or the 'marketplace' on this site like "jwight" suggested. it's about the only 3 ways you'll get a smart.

What is the problem? He posted his "wanted" in the correct forum "Smart vehicle marketplace". I see no "sticky" of guidelines for this forum prohibiting "newbies" from making a "wanted" post. I for one welcome Mark123 and wish him luck in his quest for a Smart. I'm only a 1375 hope that doesn't make me too "new" around here....
