Personally I do not think this is a good venue to try to get too much money over your out the door price. You best bet would be ebay or craigslist to attracted none reservers who walked into a dealer and were hit with a year long waiting period.

I'm not advocating the higher dealer fees, just saying the guys selling their smarts want the highest price they can get, just like the dealers want the highest fees they can get. Both parties are in it to max out their profits. I don't agree with it, but there it is.

I think the car is priced great!

Aside from that I wanted to say thanks to the seller for listing the car here at SCOA. Although it may not get as many eyeballs as it would it eBay I wiuld say it will get more serious thought and consideration here at a place where the community is waiting and loves the car!

Best of luck with the sale and please let us know if the buyer sees it here!

I agree with SMART, Glad to see it here! I would pick one up here if it came the way I wanted and not have to wait the next year.

Thanks for everyone's opinion on this. I have just under 200 miles on the car, and is sitting in the garage, not taking up much space. I am thinking that perhaps, driving it around with a "For Sale" sign, might be a great idea, in that those seeing the car, may have interest....but then again, might be more curios, than actually interested. Doing so, would, of course, add to the mileage, but would be enjoyable and fun.
Hmm...another dilemma.
